Paula started out in pediatric nursing and has since specialized in infant early childhood mental health. She is a registered clinical counsellor, and a registered play therapist and supervisor. She works with children and families to help them understand the struggles within their family and to heal the wounds that can develop in the parent-child relationships. Paula works with adults to help them understand the science behind emotional dysregulation and how co-regulation is the key.
