1Step 2Steps Childcare is a warm, inclusive, and play-based early childhood education center dedicated to nurturing young minds in a safe and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate Infant Toddler Educators (ECE/IT) to join our team and provide high-quality care for children under three years old. Located at 9422 Coote Street Chilliwack BC

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers.
Observe and document children’s progress and communicate with families.
Follow BC Child Care Licensing regulations and center policies.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Provide diapering, feeding, and other caregiving routines with sensitivity and care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and Infant/Toddler (IT) Certification from BC.
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
Clear Criminal Record Check.
Experience working with infants and toddlers is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
