We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our fun, loving team at our In-Home Centre starting March 2026. We’re a family-friendly, multi-age daycare with 8 wonderful children, and we’re looking for a team member who’s ready to bring their energy and heart to work every day. If you want to be part of a place where both kids and staff feel like family, this is the spot for you!

What We Offer:
• Competitive wages – $24/hr, plus $6 wage enhancement (for qualified ECE’s).

• Time off during all statutory holidays, 2 weeks at Christmas, and 2 weeks in the summer

Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for a candidate who has:
• A valid ECE certificate
• Up-to-date Child Care First Aid training
• A clear criminal record check
• A deep understanding of licensing regulations and a passion for providing a safe, nurturing environment
• Excellent communication skills between staff and parents
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a big heart for kids!

What You’ll Do:
• Bring your best self every day—positive, passionate, and ready to engage!
• Be reliable, punctual, and hygienic—your professionalism sets the tone.
• Follow policies, procedures, and licensing standards.
• Lead fun, age-appropriate activities (art, crafts, games, etc.).
• Keep communication open with parents and staff.
• Assist with snack/lunch prep, toileting, and diapering, ensuring kids feel cared for.
• Maintain a tidy, organized space.
• Respect confidentiality and handle information with care.
